Make-up and Refund Policy
Adopted March, 2023
There are no refunds or make-ups for missed sessions with the exception of the following:
- a delayed start and the skater can’t make the later time;
- a weather-related cancellation of the class with no scheduled make-up time;
- a medical reason approved by the Board of Directors;
- a skater who misses a session(s) due to being in a skating competition;
- a skater who misses a session(s) due to attending a family member’s skating competition.
Missed group classes will be refunded with a credit to the credit card used to pay for them, or by check.
Missed subscription ice times will be refunded with coupons.
Subscribed skaters must adhere to their subscribed times.
Subscribed skaters may trade or substitute sessions with other subscribed family members (excluding group classes).
