New England West Skating Club has partnered with EntryEeze and Stripe to handle online registrations and payments.
There are several steps to use EntryEeze for program registration, so please read the directions carefully. Sometimes the vocabulary can be confusing. We, New England West Skating Club (NEWSC), use the term “member” to refer to membership in Learn to Skate USA (LTS-USA) or U.S. Figure Skating (USFS). We use the term “enrollment” to refer to joining EntryEeze, but EntryEeze sometimes refers to joining as “membership,” which can cause confusion. We also want to be clear that enrollment in EntryEeze is not the same as membership in LTS-USA, USFS, or NEWSC. “Registration” refers to signing up for a class or program.

For first-time NEWSC EntryEeze enrollment:
Click here to get to EntryEeze and click on “Apply for Membership.” There is an initial email EntryEeze verification step. Once you have verified your email address and created a password, you are ready to login here to your EntryEeze account.
For Skaters who are already enrolled in EntryEeze:
Click here to access your account and login to EntryEeze. Click on “Access my Account.”
Directions for joining USFS plus NEWSC, or Learn to Skate USA:
Go to “Apply/Renew.”
Click the blue “View membership options” to see the membership types available to you. Beside your name, click “select a membership” to see the list of options, then click “Apply.” We suggest that families begin with the youngest skater for smoothest enrollment. Continue to “Process another family member” until you have enrolled all the family members that you want to.
Registration directions for New England West Skating Club’s Learn to Skate classes, Bridge Program, and Practice Ice:
Go to “Contract Ice” in the menu, then “Browse and Purchase.” Choose the program (contract) that you want to sign up for. Select a member, continue to the package that you want. To register another skater, go to “Process another family member.” To complete your transaction, go to Cart/Checkout at the top of the page.
For Learn to Skate Members from Other Clubs
Skaters who are members of Learn to Skate USA (LTS) at a different club from NEWSC and want to register register for classes or subscribe to practice must enroll in EntryEeze.
Here’s how:
Go to https://comp.entryeeze.com/Membership/Welcome.aspx?cid=433
Click on “Apply for Membership.”
On the next page, choose “Create a New Family Account.” Do the thing to prove that you’re human. Then start filling in all the requested information. You need to make both the skater(s) and at least one parent/guardian be members of your family. Be sure to go all the way to the bottom of the page and save it.
Once your account is created, go to “Apply/Renew” in the menu. Click the blue “View membership options” to see the membership types available to you. Beside your name, click “select a membership” to see the list of options, then click “Apply.” We suggest that families begin with the youngest skater for smoothest enrollment. Continue to “Process another family member” until you have enrolled all the family members that you want to. Look in the cart, to be sure there are no error messages, but don’t pay anything.
Now log out of EntryEeze. Email info@newskatingbclub.org and we will take over. Your membership will be processed without requiring any additional payment from you. You will be notified once that’s done, and you’ll be all set to do whatever you want ― sign up for LTS classes or for practice ice, or buy a coupon book.
