Make-up and Refund Policy
There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes with the exception of the following:
- a delayed start and the skater can’t make the later time;
- a weather-related cancellation of the class with no scheduled make-up time;
- a medical reason approved by the Board of Directors;
- a skater who misses a class due to being in a skating competition;
- a skater who misses a class due to attending a family member’s skating competition.
Missed classes will be refunded with a credit to the credit card used to pay for them, or by check.
